To complete the migration all you will need is the below items:

  1. Your Username
  2. Your Current Password
  3. A valid email that can receive emails from external sources.
  4. Please whitelist the following email addressee noreply@iowaabd.com
    • Notifications, registrations, and user approvals will be sent from this no-reply address.

Pre-launch Meeting Questions

Will this meeting be recorded and if so, where could I find the link with the recording?
  • This meeting is recorded and a link will be provided shortly.
Do we need to change any user name, password, or any other things from our side?
  • The one thing you may need to update is your password to a secure one. Secure passwords should:
    • Be at least 8 characters long
    • Have at least 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letters.
    • Have at least 1 number and 1 symbol - #, $, !, etc.
  • If your old password is already secure, you should be able to use it again.
Will we have to add all of our favorites again, or will our old ones stay?
  • All favorites should transfer over as well. We are confirming this with the developers.
If I understood correctly, if we have a current account, we need to log in with our current user/password and then migrate them?
  • Yes. For additional information, see the training guide section on Account Migration, or the Training video.  Both are available at https://shop.iowaabd.com/page/abd-portal-upgrade
March 5th is the launch date?
  • Yes. The old website will turn off at midnight on March 5th. The new site will launch around 10am on the 5th.
What if I order on March 4th the old way?
  • Your order will be processed as usual. You will see the order on the new site.
Is the old Fast Order template still going to work?
  • The columns are the same but the top-line headers have changed.  We recommend you copy your old fast order sheet to the new template after launch.

Are there any changes to special orders?
  • The process is still the same.  We have added the page about special orders to the new website for easier access.
