Luxardo Maraschino Cherry

This is a liqueur that is made from the entire Marasca cherry, so while it does have some cherry flavor, as you would expect, the dominant flavor is actually a bitter almond/nuttiness from the pits, which you might not. It is indispensable in many classic cocktails and a little goes a long way.
